Terms of Service

Effective October 27, 2026

These terms govern your use of the personal assistant app and website provided by Levet Technologies, LLC ("Levet", "we", "us"), together the "Service". By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use it.

Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.

Your account and connected services

• You sign in with your Google account and choose which data to connect, such as Gmail and Google Calendar. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You can disconnect the Service at any time from your Google account permissions or within the app.
• Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

How the Service works

The Service uses artificial intelligence to read, sort and summarize your messages, draft replies, and suggest to-dos and calendar events. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it, and for anything the Service does on your behalf under settings or approvals you have given, including sending email and creating or changing calendar events.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service to break the law, send spam, harass others, or infringe anyone's rights.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Don't use the Service to process data you don't have the right to use.

Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription, processed by Stripe. Prices and billing terms are shown when you subscribe.

Your content

You keep ownership of your emails, calendar data and other content. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect the Service or other users.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
